In many situations, Information Systems failed to attain the required level of user adoption. At EGHNA, we want your information system to succeed, that's why we have specific services for the user adoption phase of each solution we deliver to our customers. These services are provided as part of our services contract assiciated with a specific solution that EGHNA is contracted to deliver.
User Training
EGHNA understands that each user of any system should get formal training on using any solution to carry out the tasks assigned to him. That's why we engage with users to understand their expectations of the new systems, and prepare the most appropriate training for each of them as persons, or as roles.
Adoption Support
When the users are ready to use the solution, they might need to be in touch with an expert to help them in their daily challenges. here comes EGHNA Adoption support service, where EGHNA designates a dedicated support professional to be available onsite with your team during an agreed period of time, and help the customer team in meeting their daily challenges on the new system
User Acceptance surveys
After the users are used to use the system to carry out their daily duties, EGHNA can prepare a user acceptance survey to measure how the users are using the systems, and what user expectations are still to be fulfilled.
